Ingredients :
800 g. crab
1 tsp. fish sauce
ginger (sliced)
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. cheese
1/2 c. sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp. white sugar
5 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 white onion (sliced)
1 green chilli (for garnishing)
green onion (sliced about 1 inch)
Procedure :
- Put 2 table spoon oil in a pan. Stir fry the crab on a high heat and put the fish sauce to make the crab meat tasty
- When the crab turns red-orange, set aside.
- In another pan, put remaining oil and butter.
- Saute garlic, onion, and ginger till the fragrance come out.
- Put the crab, chilli sauce, sugar and cheese.
- Mix it constantly until it's well blended, then put the green onion
- To make it not so hot, remove the seed of the green chilli and put it before serving
